Many decisions feel right — until everyday work begins

Make better decisions in your organisation.

kunlumi shows how decisions play out in everyday work — with short, recurring surveys and results you can use right away.

Hosted in Germany

All data stays on servers in Germany. No transfers to third countries.

GDPR compliant

Data protection is built in from the start – from the invitation to the analysis.

Anonymous & secure

No way to trace answers back to individuals. Honest feedback, because nobody takes a risk.

Live results

Analyses build up while the survey is running. No waiting, no manual counting.

What you get

We don't sell features. We solve four problems.

Every organisation makes decisions under uncertainty, all the time. kunlumi makes sure you know what they achieve – and what to do next.

Transparency

Before
What happens after the decision reaches management filtered, delayed or not at all.
With kunlumi
You see how decisions land with the people who work with them – not just what the minutes say.

Insight

Before
The picture is shaped by loud voices, single cases and hearsay.
With kunlumi
Feedback from every area, comparable over time. Patterns become visible before they become problems.

Time saved

Before
Survey tool, spreadsheets, reminder emails and analysis run side by side and cost days.
With kunlumi
Questionnaire, invitations, reminders and analysis in one place. Every answer is visible the moment it comes in.

Clarity

Before
Results arrive as a graveyard of numbers, and the discussion starts with interpretation.
With kunlumi
Analyses that explain themselves. The next decision rests on facts, not assumptions.

Use cases

Where decisions need feedback.

Five typical situations in which organisations work with kunlumi. Every card flips: the problem on the front, the solution on the back.

The problem

Change management

The change has been decided and communicated. Whether it holds up in daily work or is quietly bypassed, management only learns when it gets expensive.

With kunlumi TransparencyClarity

Short pulse surveys at fixed intervals show where friction builds and where things work. You adjust before resistance sets in.

Typical questions

  • “How does the new structure affect your collaboration?”
  • “Where does extra effort arise?”
  • “What would need to change for it to work better?”

The problem

Member survey

Members are spread out, response rates are low and analysis takes weeks. Nothing solid is ready for the general meeting.

With kunlumi InsightTime saved

Invitations and reminders come from the system, participation is anonymous, results are live. What members expect is known before the meeting.

Typical questions

  • “Which offers do you use, which are missing?”
  • “How do you rate the association's communication?”
  • “Where would you like to see more engagement?”

Employee survey

Once a year, eighty questions, results months later. By the time measures take effect, the situation has long changed.

With kunlumi InsightTransparency

Shorter, more often, comparable. A snapshot becomes a trend over time that shows whether measures work.

Typical questions

  • “How do you experience collaboration in your team?”
  • “What gets in your way most in daily work?”
  • “What has improved since the last survey?”

Process and tool rollout

The new system is live. Whether it saves work or just shifts it, everyone can see – except the people who decided on it.

With kunlumi ClarityTime saved

Feedback after two, six and twelve weeks. You learn where training is missing, where processes stall and where the benefit really arrives.

Typical questions

  • “Does the new tool make your work easier or add effort?”
  • “Which task takes longer now than before?”
  • “What do you need to use it with confidence?”

Leadership feedback

Managers get feedback rarely, late and filtered. Conflicts become visible when people resign.

With kunlumi ClarityInsight

Anonymous, structured feedback for team leads, repeatable, with development over time. Leadership becomes discussable without exposing anyone.

Typical questions

  • “How clear are expectations and priorities?”
  • “How do you experience your manager's decisions?”
  • “What should they keep doing, what should change?”

How it works

Deciding as a process – with feedback from everyday work.

A decision doesn't end with the resolution. kunlumi creates the basis for making impact visible in daily work and adjusting course – before things go wrong for good.

  1. 01

    Capture perspectives

Short, recurring surveys make experiences from everyday work visible – right where decisions take effect.

  2. 02

    Reveal connections

Individual responses become an overall picture: friction, relief and side effects become recognisable and comparable.

  3. 03

    Adjust decisions

Insights flow back into steering: measures are adapted, impact is monitored, decisions keep evolving.

Why this works

Because impact only becomes visible in everyday work.

Decisions are made under uncertainty and rarely work in a straight line. kunlumi starts exactly where decisions take effect: in everyday work. So that it becomes visible what works — and what needs adjusting.

The norm

Deciding under uncertainty is the norm today.

Conditions change constantly. Requirements contradict each other, developments run in parallel. Certainty rarely exists up front – if at all, it shows only in execution.

Impact

Impact is rarely clear-cut – it is distributed.

Organisations don't make one decision but many at once: priorities shift, processes change, tools are introduced or adapted. One decision often has several effects – relief here, extra work there.

Everyday work

Whether something holds shows in daily work – and that's exactly where feedback is missing.

Information reaches decision-makers filtered, delayed or only when there's an occasion. Without systematic feedback, loud voices or assumptions shape the picture.

Reflection

Hard decisions are not a competence problem.

That deciding feels hard is no sign of a lack of ability. The uncertainty arises because impact isn't continuously visible.

Feedback

Deciding needs feedback as part of the steering logic.

When decisions have to be made continuously but their impact stays unclear, you need continuous feedback from everyday work – not as a culture initiative, but as a reliable structure.

    Develop questions or use templates

Create your own surveys or start with proven templates for typical questions in organisations.

    Adapt design and content

Adapt questions, language and appearance to your organisation, audience and context.

Results are visualised automatically and shown live. Charts, trends and patterns are visible immediately, can be shared directly and make joint analysis and decision-making easier.

  6. 06

    Track developments over time

Surveys can be repeated at sensible intervals to make changes, trends and long-term effects visible.

Who's behind it

“Decisions are made in everyday work. That's where they should be checked, too.”

I founded kunlumi because I kept seeing the same thing in organisations: decisions are made carefully, but nobody checks what they set off in everyday work. Feedback only came when something went wrong.

kunlumi is meant to turn that around: short, regular, and in a way that the answers actually reach the people who decide.
